What form of payment is accepted?
All prices are in US dollars. All payments must be made in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards when purchasing directly from our website.
Where is my artwork being shipped from?
Orders are shipped out from Northern Virginia.
How do you ship orders?
Your order(s) will be shipped by commercial courier, but sometimes, if local, we can deliver your order(s) in person.
How much is shipping and who pays for it?
Domestic shipping - $15 flat fee
International shipping - $35 flat fee
The shipping amount is included in your order form at checkout and included in your final bill. If you would like to arrange and pay for a more expedited shipping option, please contact us at zoelinnjarvis@gmail.com.
What information do you need from me to ship my artwork?
The courier companies need a delivery address. This cannot be a post office box as a signature is required upon delivery. They also require a contact telephone number and an email address so that the courier company can contact you with delivery information.
How will I know when to expect my artwork?
When we make shipping arrangements with the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. A signature is required upon receipt of your package, so please make sure someone is there for the delivery. If you are unable to have someone present at the time of delivery, you are responsible to contact the courier to make alternate arrangements, such as picking it up yourself, or having them deliver on another day.
How long will it take for my artwork to be delivered?
Your order will be packaged and dropped off with the courier company within 7 business days from the date you placed your order. Your delivery time will vary depending on package destination. If you would like to arrange and pay for a more expedited shipping option, please contact us at zoelinnjarvis@gmail.com. Please note estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weekends, national holidays, and adverse weather may cause delays in your region. International shipping is subject to custom delays.
How will my print be packaged for shipping?
Prints up to 12x16 inches are carefully wrapped in one of Zoe’s beautifully patterned tissue papers and shipped flat inside a sturdy cardboard envelope.
Prints longer than 16 inches on any side will ship rolled in tissue paper, inside a heavy duty cardboard tube. If your order contains several items that vary in size, some items may ship separately to best protect your artworks.
How long does a commissioned artwork take to complete?
This depends largely on the Artist’s schedule at the time of your order and how large your commissioned piece is. Typically, smaller pieces take around 2-5 weeks to complete while larger pieces could take upwards of 12-16 weeks to complete. These are ballpark figures as each project timeline is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Rush Jobs
If you need your order completed faster than the projected time frame, rush jobs are taken into consideration by the Artist, but will depend on her schedule at the time of the order. Please note that there will be a rush fee applied to all rush job orders. Amount of the rush fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. If the product you receive is incorrect or damaged please reach out to us at zoelinnjarvis@gmail.com to discuss the issue. You will have 7 days from the date of reception to advise us in writing that you would like to return the incorrect or damaged artwork, and 14 days to pack and ship it back to us by recognized courier at your own expense. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging. It is important to take care when repacking the artwork.
Once we have received the artwork, we will notify you that the return is complete and you will get a refund for the price you paid for your order. Any shipping fees will not be refunded.
